Office Closure & Programming Updates:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting closure of City facilities, our office is closed to the public until further notice.

We’re still available via email and facebook, and will check voicemails at least once a day.

Let’s Move has closed off for the summer, and will be returning in fall, however, whether it remains in a virtual delivery format, in-person or hybrid of both will be based on the advice from government and public health officials.

Reconciliation Conversation Series: Sports is postponed until Fall, as is our April event on Newcomers & Reconciliation.

We are working on providing supports to our community during these exceptional times. The Heritage Neighbour Labour facebook group is a place you can go to request or offer support such as social support, deliveries or donations.

We’re also compiling this list of resources to help our residents navigate these difficult times. If you have a suggestion for something to add, send us an email.

We encourage you to take care of yourselves and one another. Check in on your neighbours — especially those who are elderly, immuno-compromised, disabled, pregnant, and/or are losing income due to contracts being cancelled. If you are stocking up on basic supplies, or ordering dinner in, think of our locally owned, neighbourhood businesses first. And reach out for help if you need it.

Together, we will get through 💜
