Heritage Kids Cook

Heritage Kids Cook is a educational cooking program offered in partnership with REACH. It is designed to teach youth essential cookingCooking Class Grocery Store and shopping skills. With an emphasis on healthy eating, participants will learn how to navigate the kitchen, create and follow recipes, and shop for groceries.


Spring 2017 Advanced Class

for students who have taken a Beginner class and/or have experience in the kitchen

Dates: Nov. 6 – Dec. 11 (excluding Nov. 13)

Ages: Kids living in the Heritage neighbourhood, ages 9-12

When: Mondays, 3:30 – 5pm

Where: Thomson Community School Kitchen

Cost: Free

Registration is done on a first come, first served basis.
