If you need help with snow this winter, or would like to lend assistance to you neighbours, follow the link below to register!
It is everyone’s responsibility to keep their sidewalk clear of snow. Beginning this year, the City of Regina has implemented a bylaw requiring that sidewalks be cleared of snow within 48 hours of the most recent snowfall. Whether due to age, injury, or other circumstances, many people in our community are unable to meet this requirement.
Lend a hand to your neighbours this winter by joining the Heritage Snow Angels!
We are currently recruiting volunteers and those who will need help this winter. If you already have arrangements made with your neighbours, you can still register for the program — and still be eligible for the prize draw!
Alternatively, in an effort to empower residents to meet the 48 hour bylaw on their own, HCA will be providing residents with their own shovel and de-icer. Limited supplies available. First come, first served.
To request yours or to register, please follow the link below or leave a message at (306) 757-9952.
This program is generously funded by the City of Regina’s Snow Angels Community Grant.
